Hardcore

In my exploration of live music scenes, bands like Black Flag and Misfits were familiar territory, but Hardcore live shows were uncharted for me. Intrigued, I delved into its core.

At the shows, both bands and fans embodied my passion for freedom and unfiltered emotional expression. During my first Hardcore show photo shoot, a mosher knocked my lens. Surprisingly, it didn't faze me; though the rim broke off, the lens soldiered on. I found myself drawn into the mosh pit like a ship into a storm, aiming to capture the fan's raw expression.

It was a personal revelation, immersing myself in the venue’s energy, embracing the unbridled spirit that permeated the air. In the middle the frenzy of the Hardcore show, I found liberation.
